Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when you browse, create or customize a product, place an order, contact us, or sign up for updates. This may include your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, and messages you send us.

We also collect technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and cookie or analytics data.

We use information to process orders, produce customized products, arrange shipping, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the site, and communicate about orders or services.

We also use analytics to understand how the store is used and improve it, and - where you have consented - advertising tools to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads.

If you separately subscribe to marketing emails, we may send product updates or promotions. Cookie choices do not subscribe you to emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the storefront (remembering your cart and session), to measure performance with analytics, and - where you consent - for advertising.

On our custom storefront, optional Google Analytics and Meta scripts require your explicit permission wherever you visit from. Analytics allows Google Analytics to measure store use, with Google Tag Manager managing our storefront tags. Meta measurement and personalized advertising require both Advertising and Advertising data sharing. These are separate from an email subscription.

Shopify hosts checkout and its native integrations manage checkout and purchase measurement. The checkout advertising choice also covers advertising storage and advertising-related data use by the connected Google service. We grant checkout advertising and sharing permissions only with Analytics, Advertising, Advertising data sharing and an explicit choice under the current notice. Otherwise those checkout advertising permissions are denied; you can still shop. An older saved grant does not automatically authorize this scope: we ask you to choose again. Existing denials remain denied.

When Analytics is off, our storefront does not load Google Analytics and we pass a denied Analytics choice to Shopify checkout. Denying analytics storage is not a guarantee that all native Google requests stop: native Google services can send limited measurement with analytics storage denied. Such requests still send information and are not necessarily anonymous. Our checkout permission restriction does not itself establish that every native browser or server request stops.

You can accept all, reject optional tracking, or manage Analytics and Advertising separately. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. We apply Global Privacy Control as a denial of Advertising and advertising data-sharing permissions; Analytics remains separate. We apply withdrawals to future storefront delivery and obtain current consent for checkout handoff. Changing a choice does not erase information already received by a provider. Shopify-hosted pages also provide their own privacy controls.

When permitted, Shopify’s Meta integration uses the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to share shopping events and available customer matching details, such as email address, phone number, name and location, with Meta. Some matching information may be hashed. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Server-to-server sharing is separate from browser requests. Our custom storefront commerce events do not contain customer contact details, uploaded artwork or checkout credentials.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify can use interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including store improvement, personalization and advertising, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Our Google and Meta permissions are not a promise of universal control over Shopify’s own processing. Your browser may also let you block or delete cookies. Some necessary cookies are required for core features like your cart and checkout.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the store - including ecommerce, payment, fulfillment, shipping, hosting, fraud prevention, and customer support - and with analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta.

Our custom storefront is hosted on Cloudflare. Shopify hosts checkout and provides our commerce services, processing information when you use them. We share information with Shopify and other service providers to operate the store. These providers may process information in other countries, outside the country where you live.

Advertising-related disclosures can be considered sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law even without a monetary payment. This can include browser-based and server-to-server sharing. Use the available privacy controls to decline those advertising uses. Blocking browser cookies alone does not stop every server-to-server disclosure.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our rights, or to protect customers, our business, or others.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

You may contact info@round-lab.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect personal information.

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
