We collect information you provide when you browse, create or customize a product, place an order, contact us, or sign up for updates. This may include your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, and messages you send us.

We also collect technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and cookie or analytics data.

We use information to process orders, produce customized products, arrange shipping, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the site, and communicate about orders or services.

We also use analytics to understand how the store is used and improve it, and - where you have consented - advertising tools to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads.

If you opt in to marketing, we may use your email address to send product updates or promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the storefront (remembering your cart and session), to measure performance with analytics, and - where you consent - for advertising.

Optional tracking requires your explicit permission wherever you visit from. Analytics permission allows Google Analytics and PostHog to measure site use. Advertising and advertising data-sharing permission allow the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance and support relevant audiences. Google Tag Manager may manage our storefront Google Analytics tags. Optional scripts do not load before the relevant permission.

You can accept all, reject optional tracking, or manage Analytics and Advertising separately. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Global Privacy Control disables advertising and advertising data sharing. Withdrawing permission stops new optional measurement; it does not automatically erase data already received by a provider.

Checkout is hosted by Shopify. We pass your current tracking choices to checkout, where Shopify integrations manage checkout and purchase measurement. When enabled and permitted by your advertising and data-sharing choices, Shopify’s Meta integration can send purchase information and customer matching information, such as hashed contact details, to Meta through its Conversions API. Our custom storefront does not send customer contact details, uploaded artwork, or checkout credentials in its commerce events.

Your browser may also let you block or delete cookies. Some necessary cookies are required for core features like your cart and checkout.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the store - including ecommerce, payment, fulfillment, shipping, hosting, fraud prevention, and customer support - and with analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies, such as the Meta Pixel, may count as a "share" for targeted advertising under laws like the California CPRA - you can opt out by declining in our cookie banner.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our rights, or to protect customers, our business, or others.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

You may contact info@round-lab.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect personal information.

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
